Asimismo, podrá solicitar que los oferentes presenten certificaciones o antecedentes que estos hayan omitido al momento de efectuar su propuesta, siempre que dichas certificaciones o antecedentes se hayan producido u obtenido con anterioridad al vencimiento del plazo para presentar su oferta o se refieran a situaciones no multables entre el vencimiento del plazo para presentar ofertas y el periodo de evaluación.
