The Mayor may accept the proposal or declare it void if appropriate, or reject all offers, without proponents having any right to compensation. The accepted offer may be equal to or less than the available budget.
The Municipality of Los Álamos reserves the right to award the best-evaluated economic proposal, which may not always be the cheapest, as it will depend on the percentages each supplier obtains in each of the criteria considered for the evaluation of offers.
The Municipality reserves the right to request or not omit background information that it deems appropriate to clarify an offer or correct an administrative error, when any of them may be convenient for this municipality, provided that it respects the equal rights of the participating proponents in a tender.
