When, regarding the total score, two or more offers obtain the same score, in such a way that they are ranked in the first order of eligibility, the proposal that has presented the best economic proposal will be selected, in case of a persistent tie, the following order of priority will be considered for tie-breaking: This tender will be awarded to the bidder who has submitted the most advantageous offer considering two decimal places in their total score, according to the evaluation criteria, with their respective weightings and scores assigned to each of the factors indicated in these documents. The Barrancas Public Education Service may reasonably reject all offers if they are inconvenient to its interests, declaring the tender void in this case, in accordance with Article 62 of the Public Procurement Regulations.
