As indicated in the tender In case of a tie between 2 or more offers, it will be resolved by awarding to the bidder who obtained the highest score in the "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" criterion. If the tie still persists after applying the above formula, the tie will be resolved by awarding to the bidder who obtained the highest score in the "DELIVERY TIME" sub-criterion. If the tie still persists after applying the above formula, the tie will be resolved by awarding to the bidder who obtained the highest score in the "ECONOMIC OFFER" sub-criterion, and finally, if the bidders remain tied, it will be awarded to the bidder who first submitted their offer on www.mercadopublico.cl The bidder declares that, by the mere act of participating in this tender, they expressly accept this integrity pact, undertaking to comply with each and every one of its stipulations, without prejudice to those indicated in the rest of the tender documents and other integral documents.
