ADQUISICIÓN DE PRENDAS Y ACCESORIOS
INSTITUCIONALES PARA EL PERSONAL DE CFN B.P.
La Corporación Financiera Nacional B.P. invita a proveedores a presentar su cotización para el proceso de “Adquisición de Prendas y Accesorios Institucionales para el Personal de CFN B.P.”, en el marco del “Proyecto Acceso a Financiamiento Productivo para Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (MIPYMES)”, Componente 4: Manejo del Proyecto, literal f) Diseño e implementación de una estrategia de comunicación, financiado con recursos del Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento (BIRF).
El proceso de contratación se llevará a cabo de conformidad con la normativa y las Regulaciones de Adquisiciones del Banco Mundial aplicables.
Para tal efecto, se requiere la adquisición de las siguientes prendas y accesorios institucionales:

En las Especificaciones Técnicas adjuntas se proporcionan más detalles sobre las prendas y accesorios institucionales. Documento que será publicado en https://www.cfn.fin.ec/. Los interesados en brindar dichos bienes, deberán presentar sus cotizaciones de acuerdo a la Solicitud de Cotización (SDC) adjunta.
OTRAS CONSIDERACIONES:
El contratista será el encargado de realizar el transporte y entrega al momento de realizarse la entrega - recepción.
Todos los documentos deberán ser legalizados con firma electrónica (Firma EC).
El oferente deberá enviar en su oferta el Certificado RUC, así como la documentación que avale su experiencia.
El oferente debe postular por el total de los productos esperados.
Las cotizaciones deberán ser remitidas en digital en las direcciones electrónicas indicadas a continuación: rmolina@cfn.fin.ec y mubilla@cfn.fin.ec, hasta las 15h00 horas del 17 de agosto de 2026. Las cotizaciones que se reciban fuera del plazo serán rechazadas.
El Banco Mundial exige que se apliquen y se observen las Normas para la Prevención y Lucha contra el Fraude y la Corrupción, que incluyen, entre otras cosas, el derecho del Banco a sancionar, inspeccionar y realizar auditorías.
El oferente podrá realizar cualquier pregunta al proceso hasta las 15:00 horas del 06 de agosto 2026 a las siguientes direcciones electrónicas: rmolina@cfn.fin.ec y mubilla@cfn.fin.ec.
La respectiva respuesta será subsanada por parte de la Corporación Financiera Nacional B.P. hasta el día 11 de agosto 2026.
