In the event of a tie in the final score obtained by two or more bidders, the following criteria will be applied to resolve them, in the order of preference indicated below: Once the electronic opening of offers has been carried out, INIA may request bidders to correct formal errors or omissions, provided that the rectifications of such errors or omissions do not grant these bidders a privileged position with respect to the other participants and do not contravene the provisions of these tender documents, i.e., as long as the principles of strict adherence to the tender documents and equality of bidders are not affected, and the rest of the bidders are informed of such request through the Information System www.mercadopublico.cl. INIA may request bidders to submit certifications or background information that they omitted to submit at the time of making the offer, provided that such certifications or background information were produced or obtained prior to the deadline for submitting offers and certifications or background information that refer to non-mutable situations between the deadline for submitting offers and the evaluation period of these. Regarding incomplete certifications or background information or those not signed by the person required in these tender documents, they will be considered as not submitted in a timely manner and the provisions of this clause may be applied. Certificates that are "in process" or "not valid" will not be accepted. For such corrections, a final deadline of 48 consecutive hours will be granted, counted from their communication to the bidder by INIA, which will be informed through the Information System www.mercadopublico.cl. The responsibility for timely checking said system during the evaluation period lies exclusively with the respective bidders. The bidder who has omitted certifications or background information at the time of submitting their offer, even if they have submitted them later under this clause, will obtain a lower score in the "Compliance with Formal Requirements" criterion. Whoever submits an offer declares that, by the mere act of participating in this tender, they expressly accept this integrity pact, undertaking to comply with each and every one of its stipulations, without prejudice to those indicated in the rest of the tender documents and other integral documents.
