Se rechazará y no se evaluará aquellas ofertas que no presenten el anexo n° 2 solicitado.Los anexos del artículo N°10.- FORMAS DE PRESENTAR LA PROPUESTA en los puntos 10 A.1, 10 A.2, 10 A.3 y 10 A.4 se considerarán en el criterio cumplimiento de requisitos formales.El proveedor debe cumplir con todo lo requerido en las especificaciones técnicas; de lo contrario su oferta no será evaluada.Las ofertas que no cumplan con el requerimiento de confección y especificaciones técnicas indicadas; se rechazaran y no se evaluaran.
