If in the evaluation of offers a tie occurs between two or more bidders, regarding their final evaluation, the following criteria will be applied in order, considering only those corresponding to the evaluated line (for Lines N°2 and 3, the "Technical Specifications" criterion corresponds to "Evaluable Technical Specifications"): Finally, if the tie persists, the award will be given to the bidder who submitted their offer first to the system, www.mercadopublico.cl, considering the date and time registered therein. The offer(s) that obtain a score equal to or higher than 65 for Line N°1 and 60 for Lines N°2 and 3 in the final weighting at the end of the evaluation process will be awarded. Monthly, within the first 5 days of each month, the bidder must prove compliance with remuneration and social security contributions through Form F-30-1 issued by the competent institution, as applicable. In accordance with Article 56 of DS 661/2024, the Hospital may request bidders to correct formal errors or omissions, provided that the rectification of such errors or omissions does not grant these bidders a privileged position with respect to other competitors, i.e., as long as the principles of strict adherence to the bases and equality of bidders are not affected and such request is informed to the rest of the bidders through the information system. Furthermore, it may allow the submission of certifications or documents that bidders have omitted when submitting the offer, provided that they were produced or obtained prior to the expiration of the deadline for submitting the offer or refer to situations that are not mutable between the expiration of the deadline for submitting the offer and the evaluation period. For this purpose, a period of no more than 48 hours will be granted to send them, counted from the Hospital's request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it will be considered in the "Compliance with formal requirements" evaluation criterion. It can be requested later through Reverse Auction.
