En caso de producirse una igualdad en la ponderación de las ofertas presentadas, se adjudicará la licitación a la propuesta que haya obtenido el mejor puntaje según el siguiente orden:
1.Certificación técnica del Oferente.
3.Enfoque de Género: Empresa Sello Mujer
4.Plazo de Activación de la Licencia
5.Experiencia en Servicios Similares
6.Tiempo de Respuesta SLA ante incidentes y/o soporte
7. Programa de integridad o Compliace.
8.Cumplimiento de Requisitos Formales de presentación

Las consultas que pudieran suscitarse con motivo de la adjudicación deberán consultarse a través del módulo de “Reclamos” disponible en la plataformawww.mercadopublico.cl.
Subsanación de Errores u Omisiones Formales
DIPRECA podrá solicitar a los oferentes que salven errores u omisiones formales, siempre y cuando las rectificaciones de dichos vicios u omisiones no les confieran a esos oferentes una situación de privilegio respecto de los demás oferentes, esto es, en tanto no se afecten los principios de estricta sujeción a las bases y de igualdad de los oferentes, y se informe de dicha solicitud al resto de los oferentes a través del Sistema de Información.
Los oferentes tendrán un plazo máximode 48 horas corridas, contados desde la realización a través del módulo dispuesto para ello en el Sistema de Información. DIPRECA no considerará las respuestas recibidos una vez vencido dicho plazo u otro medio.
