En caso de empate, el mecanismo para solucionarlo consistirá en resolver a favor del que obtenga mayor puntaje, en el criterio de evaluación con mayor ponderación. Si el empate persiste, se deberá considerar el criterio de evaluación que le siga según su ponderación.
En igualdad de ponderaciones entre los criterios de evaluación, para la adquisición de diversos materiales de ferretería y construcción,el orden de precedencia que prevalecerá será:
C). Criterios de Garantías del Producto
En la eventualidad que se mantenga el empate, se deberá considerar como criterio de desempate, la fecha y hora de ingreso de presentación de la oferta, registrada en el comprobante de ingreso de oferta, siendo seleccionada la primera de éstas.
Todas las preguntas, tanto las de carácter técnico como las de índole administrativa, que los oferentes deseen formular con relación a la materia de esta licitación, deberán ser realizadas a través del Sistema de Información,www.mercadopublico.cl,en el plazo previsto y de acuerdo con lo especificado en el cronograma de esta licitación.
