Description
NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board and NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board are seeking qualified and experienced providers for the provision of delivering Adult and Children & Young People (CYP) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Service(s). The services are to be delivered across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country.
Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) is conducting a Direct Award Process B (DAP B) exercise as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner(s). The DAP B exercise will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR).
As a result of this Process, the ICB(s) intend to award zero volume, zero value contract(s) to all successful providers. While there is no guarantee of activity, we will be issuing Indicative Activity Plan (IAPs).
Successful provider(s) will be awarded with a contract for a period of 12 months with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 12 months + 12 months.
The aim of the service(s) is to provide a specialist assessment, diagnostic and treatment for service for adults and CYP with suspected ADHD.

There is no predicted activity assumptions for this contract. Activity will be paid on a cost per case basis and in line with the NHS National Tariff(s). Tariff(s) will apply as follows:
ADHD
Adult - ADHD Assessment – Face-to-Face: £850
Adult - ADHD Assessment – Virtual: £700
Adult - Titration Pathway, includes titration, physical health monitoring and prescribing: £400
Adult - Annual Review with Shared Care, includes one annual review and ongoing provider advice and guidance: £150
Adult - Annual Review without Shared Care: £265
CYP - ADHD Assessment – Face-to-Face: £950
CYP - ADHD Assessment – Virtual: £800
CYP - Titration Pathway: £400
CYP – Review with Shared Care: £100
CYP – Review without Shared Care: £130
Autism
Adult – Autism Assessment – Face-to-Face: £1,150
Adult – Autism Assessment – Virtual: £1,000
CYP – Autism Assessment – Face-to-Face: £1,350
Combined ADHD and Autism
Adult – Combined ADHD/Autism Assessment – Face-to-Face: £1,300
