This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process.' - Service commences 01/04/2026, end date 31/03/2029 - Lifetime value of Contract £2,095,779.85. Following receipt of the representation the Council conducted a review into the decision to award the contract or conclude the framework agreement, taking into account the representations made. Following the review, the Council made a further decision to enter into the contract or conclude the framework agreement as intended after the standstill period has ended. Representation made by one Provider during standstill period. Individuals involved were; Matthew Wellard - Commercial and Procurement Manager Jianzhong Yao - Senior Commercial and Procurement Manager Conflicts of Interest were managed throughout the process with no conflicts declared.
