Description

The High Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) is undertaking this Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Advanced Manufacturing Facility (AMF) Major Delivery Package. Through this EOI, HSRA seeks to engage suitably experienced Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Partners on a fee-for-service, collaborative basis to develop the AMF solution, design and delivery program. Following this phase, ECI Partners will participate in a competitive ECI process finishing with the submission of a Proposal for the delivery and operation of the AMF Major Delivery Package.
