Wij zijn op zoek naar een adviseur Inhuur en Werving & SelectieVoor deze opdracht is ruimte voor een adviseur inhuur en werving & selectie die leidinggevenden ondersteunt bij vraagstukken rondom externe inhuur en werving & selectie. Je adviseert, bewaakt processen en zorgt dat keuzes zorgvuldig uitlegbaar en binnen de gestelde kaders worden gemaakt.Onderstaande werkzaamheden behoren tot de opdracht.Adviseur Inhuur - Advisering van leidinggevenden over de inzet van inhuur - Toetsen van de uitvraag aan bestaande wet- en regelgeving gericht op het inhuren van externe professionals. Denk hierbij aan de Aanbestedingswet, de wet DBA en ABU-CAO- Monitoren van data in het Dynamisch Aankoop Systeem en het uitzetten van de vervolgstappen- Verzorgen van de administratieve afhandeling van de inhuur, waaronder het opstellen van contracten , verzorgen van correspondentie etc. Adviseur Werving & Selectie- Advisering van leidinggevenden bij het werven en selecteren van medewerkers- Coordineren en uitvoeren van werving- en selectieprocessen (instroom, doorstroom, uitstroom)- Data-analyse ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming en procesverbetering- Bijdragen aan arbeidsmarktcommunicatie
