Als tijdelijk Adviseur Inkoop zorg je ervoor dat de behoefte van de gemeente rechtmatig en doelmatig wordt ingekocht of wordt aanbesteed via Mercell. Je voert zelfstandig de werkzaamheden uit in de diverse fases van de aanbestedingsprocedures voor diensten, werken en leveringen. Dit betreffen zowel de meervoudig onderhandse als Europese aanbestedingsprocedures. Ook het sparren en delen van kennis met de andere inkoopadviseurs, projectleiders en andere collega?s behoort tot de werkzaamheden.Je levert een bijdrage aan de inkoopprofessionalisering. Werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden Je bent procesbegeleider bij aanbestedingen (gemeente breed, zowel meervoudig onderhands als Europees) vanaf de vraag van de interne klant tot en met de archivering en alle stappen in het proces hier tussen in Je handelt de aanbestedingen en inkoopacties af in het aanbestedingsplatform Mercell Je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd inkoopadvies Je werkt nauw samen met je collega inkoopadviseurs Je stelt (mede) aanbestedingsdocumenten op en gebruikt daarvoor de formats van de gemeente; Je ziet toe op de uitvoering van het gemeentelijke inkoopbeleid en bewaakt (mede) dat aanbestedingen binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving wordt uitgevoerd. Resultaat - Raamovereenkomst ingenieursdiensten grijs- Raamovereenkomst ingenieursdiensten blauw- Raamovereenkomst onderhoud civieltechnische kunstwerken- Aanschaf diverse bedrijfswagens
