Doel van de functie In deze combinatiefunctie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de zichtbaarheid, positionering en profilering van het Landelijk WSP Gemeenten (LWSPG). Vanuit een strategische ?n hands-on rol geef je mede richting aan het beleid van het LWSPG en richt je communicatie- en marketingactiviteiten in die bijdragen aan duurzame inclusie op de arbeidsmarkt. Je voert de taken tevens uit. Je werkt nauw samen met collega?s en externe partners, en bent vanaf het begin betrokken bij projecten: je denkt mee, initieert en voert uit. Rol en positionering Je schakelt soepel tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau, met de nadruk op het tactisch en operationeel handelen. Je werkt nauw samen met het team van adviseurs en de manager, maar neemt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw vakgebied. Je rol is niet reactief of enkel uitvoerend: je bent vanaf het begin van het proces betrokken en denkt actief mee over de richting, inhoud en vorm van communicatie. Taken Content en communicatie: Je ontwikkelt en beheert de contentkalender, cre?ert aansprekende content voor LinkedIn, de website en nieuwsbrieven, en adviseert collega?s proactief over communicatievraagstukken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de website en inzet van visuele middelen zoals Canva en AI.Marketing en analyse: Je analyseert het bereik en de impact van communicatiemiddelen, stelt rapportages op en vertaalt deze naar strategische aanbevelingen. Je voert SEO-analyses uit en optimaliseert het gebruik van het CRM-systeem.Evenementen: Je bent actief betrokken bij de organisatie van evenementen, verzorgt alle communicatie rondom deze bijeenkomsten en regelt de praktische zaken zoals locatie en verslaglegging.Strategische managementondersteuning: Je co?rdineert het jaarplan en de -evaluatie, ontwikkelt rapportages en draagt bij aan de positionering van het LWSPG in een complex en veranderende arbeidsmarkt.Externe positionering: Je houdt trends bij, denkt mee over landelijke projecten, en draagt actief bij aan de zichtbaarheid en impact van het LWSPG richting werkgevers en partners.
