Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Oldambt
In deze functie draag je bij aan de inrichting en uitvoering van de interne controles en zorg je ervoor dat de organisatie voldoet aan de geldende wettelijke kaders. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het proces van de rechtmatigheidsverantwoording en in de verschillende P&C producten. Daarbij ben je de spil in de driehoek tussen de teams, het management en de accountant. Samen met collega?s en teammanagers bespreek je en evalueer je processen om een kwaliteitsverbetering te realiseren. Hierbij leg je uit waar de risico?s liggen en denk je mee over praktische oplossingen. Je werkt volgens het interne controleplan dat je samen met je collega?s van het team Kwaliteit en Control opstelt. Daarbij help je processen en risicoanalyses in kaart te brengen en te verbeteren. Regelmatig voer je interne controles uit, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met proceseigenaren. Samen zoeken jullie naar manieren om processen te optimaliseren en leg je deze duidelijk vast. Je houdt het overzicht op actie- en verbeterpunten die voortkomen uit de controles en zorgt dat deze worden opgevolgd. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met het (sub)team Financi?n bij verschillende P&C producten, waarbij de nadruk ligt op het jaarrekeningproces. Hierin ben je een aanspreekpunt voor de controlerend accountant samen met financieel adviseurs en de teammanager K&C.Jouw werkzaamheden Opstellen en uitvoeren van het controleplan en bijbehorende interne controles. Bewaken van opvolging van actiepunten voortvloeiend uit deze controles; Samenwerken met proceseigenaren om processen te evalueren en te optimaliseren. ?Daarbij identificeren van risico?s en meedenken over praktische oplossingen; Uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden ten behoeve van de rechtmatigheidsverantwoording; Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden ten behoeve van de P&C producten, in nauwe samenwerking met het team financi?n; Aanspreekpunt voor de accountant tijdens de interim controle en het jaarrekeningproces.
