Als
Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling vervul je een spilfunctie in onze
ruimtelijke opgaven, zoals de woningbouwversnelling in de stad en kleine
kernen, ontwikkelingen in het buitengebied en mobiliteitsvraagstukken. Dat doe
je niet alleen, maar samen met zo?n 40 collega?s van onze afdeling Ruimtelijke
Ontwikkeling, verdeeld over de teams Stedelijk Gebied en Landelijk Gebied. Je
kunt sparren met zo?n 15 Adviseurs Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling binnen de
afdeling.
Je
vervult een rol in complexe ruimtelijke ontwikkelingsprojecten. Hierin stel je
ruimtelijke plannen op en/of begeleid je de bijbehorende procedures. Ook weet
je de juridische aspecten haarfijn in beeld te brengen. De impact hiervan
vertaal je naar een helder advies richting de gemeenteraad, het college van B
en W, management en collega?s.
Verder
beoordeel je complexe principeverzoeken/plannen en zienswijzen. De opdracht is voor 24-36 per week.
