Original language: noDenne rammeavtalen gjelder kjøp av advokattjenester til Ringsaker kommune.Kommuneadvokaten i Ringsaker består av kommuneadvokat og fem andre advokater som yter juridisk bistand til hele den kommunale organisasjonen. Rammeavtalen vil derfor primært benyttes ved behov for å supplere Kundens interne kapasitet ved midlertidige kapasitetsutfordringer, og/eller for å innhente ekstern spisskompetanse innen særskilte rettsområder.Oppdrag under avtalen vil i hovedsak kunne omfatte juridisk rådgivning og utredning, representasjon overfor Kundens kontraktsparter og øvrige forretningsforbindelser, skriftlig representasjon overfor relevante myndigheter og/eller klageinstanser ved prøving av Kundens beslutninger innenfor de definerte fagområdene samt bistand som prosessfullmektig for Kunden, herunder tvisteløsning og prosedyre.Avrop vil kunne variere betydelig gjennom avtaleperioden og er beheftet med usikkerhet. Bruken av rammeavtalen kan være begrenset i perioder, men uforutsette forhold, kapasitetsutfordringer og behov for spisskompetanse kan også medføre økt bruk. Kunden planlegger i tillegg flere større utbyggingsprosjekter i årene som kommer, herunder nytt rådhus og ny ungdomsskole, som kan påvirke behovet. Maksimalt samlet avrop under rammeavtalen, inkludert eventuelle opsjoner, er inntil kroner 7 800 000 ekskl. mva.Avtalen gjelder fra og med kontraktssignering til og med 30. september 2028. Kunden har opsjon på forlengelse i 1 + 1 år.
