Afdelingshoofd Leefbaarheid, toezicht en handhaving Opdrachtomschrijving In verband met de overname tijdens een zwangerschapsverlof zoeken wij een kandidaat afdelingshoofd leefbaarheid, toezicht en handhaving. De taken bestaan uit: Leiding geven aan de afdeling leefbaarheid, toezicht en handhaving v(+/- 35 medewerkers); Adviseren van bestuurders op politiek gevoelige onderwerpen, in nauwe samenwerking met de burgemeester op het gebied van openbare orde en veiligheid; Bouwen, onderhouden en beschikbaar stellen van het lokale en regionale netwerk op deze terreinen; Verantwoordelijk voor alle personeelszaken en budgetbeheer; Verantwoordelijk voor beleidsontwikkeling en strategische sturing op de diverse betrokken beleidsterreinen Optreden als bestuurlijk adviseur bij rampen en crisis en het werken van piketdienst AOV. Opstellen en opleveren van een integraal transformatieplan zorg en veiligheid* *Binnen het domein Mens & Samenleving loopt momenteel een omvangrijke transformatieopgave binnen het programma Samen Redzaam van de gemeente Waalwijk. De afdeling LTH maakt ook onderdeel uit van deze opgave. Voor de pijler Zorg en Veiligheid wordt, gedurende het zwangerschapsverlof van het afdelingshoofd, verwacht dat het vervangen afdelingshoofd een integraal transformatieplan ontwikkelt en oplevert.
