Il Servizio consiste nell’espletamento delle attività prevalenti di ricovero, custodia, vitto, assistenza sanitaria ordinaria e straordinaria comprese le cure per la leishmaniosi del cane e la sterilizzazione, trasporto e smaltimento dei cani deceduti. L’appalto avrà la durata di anni 3, dalla data di sottoscrizione del relativo contratto e/o dal verbale di consegna del servizio se anticipata, con opzione di rinnovo per ulteriori 2 anni e con proroga temporale ai sensi del comma 10 dell’art. 120 del Codice, sino ad individuazione di nuovo e successivo Soggetto Gestore, ove sussistano condizioni straordinarie e comunque per la durata massima di mesi 6, agli stessi patti e condizioni contrattuali.L’esecuzione del Servizio consiste, inoltre, nell’erogazione delle seguenti prestazioni:- Cura della popolazione canina in struttura;- Assistenza veterinaria ai cani ospiti della struttura;- Educazione comportamentale canina;- Funzioni dirette all’accoglienza dei cittadini nel canile comunale;- Tenuta del registro informatizzato sulla banca dati regionale relativamente ai cani in ingresso ed in uscita dalla struttura;- Tenuta dei registri di carico/scarico delle merci, contabili, segnalazioni cani smarriti/deceduti o dati in affido; - Programmazione attività con associazione di volontariato;- Attivazioni di efficaci campagne di adozioni;- Manutenzione ordinaria della struttura e degli impianti tecnologici.Le attività sopra riportate sinteticamente sono esplicitate in modo analitico nel C.S.A, e dovranno essere rese con un piano gestionale che garantisca un corretto funzionamento del Canile Rifugio e del Canile Sanitario sotto il profilo economico, amministrativo e operativo.Il servizio prevede inoltre prestazioni INDIRETTE riportate nel quadro economico generale di progetto, e precisamente l’acquisto di mangime, farmaci, prodotti disinfettanti e igienizzanti, materiale di consumo e piccole attrezzature.
