L’Appalto ha per oggetto la progettazione e realizzazione delle Opere di Sistema e la fornitura di Materiale Rotabile per la Linea 2 della metropolitana di Torino, tratta “Rebaudengo- Politecnico”, come meglio specificato nel CSA – Parte B, REV.00 , cui espressamente si rinvia, anche come integrato all’esito delle negoziazioni.La Tratta è divisa in due lotti funzionali dal punto di vista trasportistico:- lotto funzionale 1 “Rebaudengo - Porta Nuova”, interamente finanziato- lotto funzionale 2 “Porta Nuova – Policlinico”, da finanziare.L’appalto è, quindi, suddiviso in una “Parte base” e in una “Parte opzionale”: l’appaltatore selezionato sarà tenuto a svolgere tutte le prestazioni dell’appalto (sia indicate come “Parte base” sia come “Parte opzionale”), fermo restando che la “Parte opzionale” sarà affidata dalla Stazione Appaltante al verificarsi delle condizioni da questa ritenute necessarie, ivi compreso il reperimento delle risorse per le attività prive di copertura finanziaria. L’appalto, che ricomprende “Lavori”, “Servizi” e “Forniture”, si articola in:- Parte Base, comprensiva di tutte le attività di cui al CSA – Parte B, REV.00;- parte opzionale, comprensiva di tutte le attività di cui al CSA – Parte B, REV.00, ciascuna delle quali singolarmente considerata ed oggetto di diritto d’opzione anche in modo disgiunto e non sequenziale rispetto a quanto indicato.
