Die vorliegende Bekanntmachung dient dem Abschluss von Vereinbarungen zu dem Wirkstoff „Aflibercept - Applikationsmenge 2 mg, Darreichungsform: ILO(ATC-Code: S01LA05)“ mit pharmazeutischen Unternehmen im Sinne von § 130a Abs. 8 Satz 1 Sozialgesetzbuch, fünftes Buch (SGB V) (Rabattverträge). Gemäß § 130a Abs. 8 Satz 1 SGB V ist die Aufforderung zur Teilnahme nur an pharmazeutische Unternehmer oder Arbeitnehmergemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmer im Sinne des § 4 Abs. 18 Arzneimittelgesetz (AMG) gerichtet. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Offenes Verfahren, sondern um eine Veröffentlichung der Aufforderung zum Abschluss/Beitritt von/zu Rabattverträgen mit für alle Teilnehmer festgelegten und nicht verhandelbaren Konditionen einschließlich der Höhe des Rabattes. Nachweise sowie den Vertrag bzw. die Verträge entweder: a) Handschriftlich unterschrieben (Schriftform nach § 126 BGB) per Post oder b) Mit einer qualifizierten elektronischen Signatur (§ 126a BGB) versehen per E-Mail an openhouse.rabattvertrag2026-07@kbs.de an die KBS gesandt werden. Frühester Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.07.2026, sofern der Vertrag und die geforderten Erklärungen bzw. Nachweise spätestens am 12.06.2026 bei der KBS eingegangen sind. Vertragsbeginn ist ansonsten der jeweils 1. des Monats, der auf den Monat des Eingangs des Vertrages sowie der geforderten Erklärungen bzw. Nachweise bei der KBS folgt, sofern der Eingang bis zum jeweils 5. eines Monats erfolgt; ansonsten der jeweils 1. des übernächsten Monats. Die Verträge enden automatisch, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf, sobald für den/die Wirkstoff(e) bzw. die Wirkstoffkombination(en) Vertragspartner im Wege eines formellen Vergabeverfahrens feststehen. Schlusstermin für den Eingang von Beitritten ist der 05.05.2028. In jedem Fall enden die Verträge am 30.06.2028.
