MAGENTA recrute une Agence de collecte de données pour la mise en oeuvre d'une étude approfondie sur la situation des enfants et adolescents hors de l'école (OOSC-A) à Madagascar, en étroite collaboration avec le Ministère de l'Education Nationale (MEN) et l'UNICEF Madagascar.
L'agence sera responsable de la mise en oeuvre opérationnelle de la collecte de données dans l'ensemble des zones d'intervention, couvrant 6 zones géographiques, 9 régions, 30 CISCO et 150 ZAP. Elle devra démontrer sa capacité à conduire une enquête quantitative de grande envergure, à mener des FGD et des entretiens dans les langues locales, et à obtenir les autorisations administratives nécessaires auprès des autorités compétentes.
