Description

Orbital South Colleges is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Agency Staffing Framework for the provision of temporary, fixed-term, emergency, interim and project staffing services across curriculum delivery, SEND and learner support, professional services, estates and facilities, IT and digital services, and specialist consultancy functions. The framework will support East Surrey College, John Ruskin College and Reigate School of Art and will provide access to suitably qualified, education-sector compliant staffing agencies capable of responding to specialist, hard-to-fill, emergency and short-term staffing requirements.

Provision of temporary curriculum staffing, including lecturers, tutors, trainers, assessors, skills coaches, demonstrators, instructors and specialist curriculum practitioners across Orbital South Colleges. Services may be required to support post-16, adult, apprenticeship, higher education and community learning provision.

Provision of temporary staffing services to support Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), inclusion and learner support requirements across Orbital South Colleges, including East Surrey College, John Ruskin College and Reigate School of Art. Services may include Learning Support Assistants, Specialist SEND Practitioners, EHCP Support Workers, Communication Support Workers, Study Support Assistants, Inclusion Support Staff and other learner-facing support roles required to meet individual learner needs and maintain continuity of support services

Provision of temporary, fixed-term, interim and project staffing services to support professional and business support functions across Orbital South Colleges, including East Surrey College, John Ruskin College and Reigate School of Art. Services may include Finance, MIS, Examinations, Admissions, Procurement, HR administration, Quality, Data, Compliance and customer-facing support roles. The framework will provide access to suitably qualified agency staff capable of supporting operational resilience, business continuity, specialist projects and temporary staffing requirements.
