Ahaus Rheine - Digital Aerial Photography Acquisition

The objective of this tender is to acquire digital aerial imagery compliant with the latest AdV-Standard2, suitable for both stereo-photogrammetric analysis and dense image matching. The procurement is divided into 12 geographical lots, with their sizes, locations, subdivisions, and designations detailed in appendices 1.1a, 1.1b, and 1.2. Lots 9 and 10 are excluded from this round due to planned cooperation with Geonetzwerk.metropoleRuhr. Lot 3 also excludes a section in the east of the Coesfeld district due to a similar cooperation agreement. All lots are to be captured with a Ground Sample Distance (GSD) of 10 cm per pixel (DLB10), featuring a forward overlap of 80% and a side overlap of 60%. For lots 1 to 6, the aerial survey must be conducted during periods with little to no foliage to ensure clear terrain visibility. Conversely, lots 7 to 14 require execution during full foliage. This tender seeks qualified providers for high-resolution aerial data acquisition across specified regions.
