Procurement Details (1) Item Classification Number 71, 27 (2) Purchase/Service Subject and Quantity: Proof of Concept, etc. for the Use of Generative AI in Judicial Affairs, 1 lot (3) Specifications of Procurement Item: Must have the special characteristics specified by the Authorized Officer for Disbursement in the "Tender Documents." (6) Bidding Method: When determining the successful bidder, the bid price plus an amount equivalent to 10% of the bid price (if there is a fraction of less than one yen in the said amount, the fraction will be rounded down) will be considered the winning bid price. Therefore, bidders shall state in their bid the price equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt businesses with respect to consumption tax. 2. Eligibility for Participation in Competition (1) Must not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting. However, minors, persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained the necessary consent for concluding the contract may fall under cases of "special grounds for doing so" within the said article.
