Gift items I.

The public procurement will involve the purchase of the following items: Purchase of gift items for resale for the Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden as specified in the procurement documents, based on which the Contracting Authority intends to purchase the Products specified in the Technical Description for retail sale, and the party contracting as the Bidder undertakes to deliver the Products specified in the Technical Description to the Contracting Authority based on the Framework Agreement based on the Individual Order as specified in the Technical Description and the draft Framework Agreement. Based on the FA, the Parties undertake to cooperate, under which the Seller undertakes to sell the Products it distributes to the Buyer under the conditions regulated in the FA. The Seller is obliged to deliver the specified Products based on orders placed by the Buyer up to twice a week. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to place orders until the framework amount is exhausted, for a maximum period of the framework agreement. The Contracting Authority guarantees a minimum order value: Net HUF 50,000.- The offered products must have: a manufacturer's declaration of conformity in Hungarian, must comply with the EN71 European toy safety standard according to Government Decree 38/2011 (X. 5.), and must have a CE mark for the first time they are made available for consideration or free of charge in the price list. The bidder must declare this in their offer. A manufacturer's declaration of conformity in Hungarian is considered equivalent if the offered product complies with the EN71 European toy safety standard and has a CE mark. The successful bidder is responsible for the proper packaging and delivery of the products. The offered net unit prices must include all incidental costs incurred until the handover of the products at the place of performance, in addition to which the successful Bidder may not charge any further incidental costs to the Contracting Authority. Also relevant: The expectations regarding the technical parameters of the products are contained in the unpriced price list (which, when filled out, constitutes the professional and commercial offer) attached to the procurement document. - The Contracting Authority does not undertake to draw down the framework amount, nor the products specified in the unpriced price list. - The professional and commercial offer is the price list, which, if completely missing, cannot be supplemented. Bidding is mandatory for all rows of the table. - The price must be given in whole numbers, in Hungarian Forints. The sum of the items in the table (price calculated for comparison) is the price to be indicated on the reading sheet, settlement will be made according to the contract. Part 1 of the procedure: The framework amount of the framework agreement is net HUF 150,000,000, which the contracting authority does not undertake to draw down. Types of products to be delivered: Gift items, plush toys, pens, pencils, mugs, children's toys, clothing, keychains, notebooks, umbrellas, jewelry as specified in the technical description. The detailed products to be purchased can be found in the unpriced price list provided as an annex to the procurement documents. Approximate quantities: Mugs, water bottles: 200 pcs Other shop items: 25,000 pcs Plush toys: 39,000 pcs Jewelry: 1,000 pcs Toys: 3,000 pcs Paper products, stationery: 1,000 pcs Textile products: 200 pcs The procedure aims to conclude a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 105 (1) (a) of the Public Procurement Act, performance may occur based on individual orders. If a specific Product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the rules for substitution shall apply in such cases. This case will be handled by the Parties pursuant to Section 141 (4) (a) of the Public Procurement Act, according to the rules of the FA.
