Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje „Aktualizacja dokumentacji projektowej dla planowanej inwestycji pn.: „Budowa nowej siedziby Archiwum Państwowego w Szczecinie” wraz ze sprawowaniem nadzoru autorskiego”. 2. Wspólny słownik zamówień publicznych (CPV): - 71220000-6 – Usługi projektowania architektonicznego - 71320000-7 – Usługi inżynieryjne w zakresie projektowania - 71248000-8 – Nadzór nad projektem i dokumentacją. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. 4. Zgodnie z art. 257 ustawy zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienie publicznego, jeżeli środki, które zamawiający zamierza przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia nie zostaną mu przyznane. 5.
