Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa usługa aktualizacji operatu GIS stanowiącego integralną część projektu planu ochrony Narwiańskiego Parku Narodowego, obejmująca analizę i uporządkowanie istniejących zasobów danych przestrzennych, zaprojektowanie i wdrożenie zaktualizowanego Systemu Informacji Przestrzennej NPN, integrację danych pochodzących z operatów szczegółowych planu ochrony, opracowanie i aktualizację baz danych oraz map tematycznych w obowiązujących standardach GIS, a także uruchomienie aplikacji typu geoportal umożliwiającej przegląd, analizę, edycję i udostępnianie danych przestrzennych.
