This tender concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for the procurement and supply of rechargeable batteries to serve as the electrical power source for the contracting authority's motor vehicles. The scope of the contract also includes the provision for the collection and return of used rechargeable batteries, in strict compliance with current waste management legislation and the terms stipulated within the framework agreement. Furthermore, the contract encompasses the delivery of proposed codification data for the goods subject to this procurement. This is to be performed in accordance with STANAG 4177 and Act No. 11/2004 Coll. on Defense Standardization, Codification, and State Verification of Quality of Products and Services for Defense Purposes, as amended. It also aligns with Decree of the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic No. 476/2011 Coll., which details the methodology for processing proposals for codification data, the software used for this processing, the format of the codification data proposals, and the obligations of the product supplier, as amended. The primary objective is to secure a reliable and compliant supply of essential automotive batteries while ensuring responsible disposal of used units and adherence to defense standardization requirements.
