Die Umbau- und Sanierungsarbeiten im 3. OG von Bauteil B im Berufsschulzentrum Albstadt betreffen i.W. den Rückbau und die Neuordnung von nichttragenden Zwischenwänden für den Einbau von 5 naturwissenschaftlichen Unterrichtsräumen (Biologie/Chemie) mit dazugehörigen Vorbereitungs- und Lagerräumen und technischer Infrastruktur sowie der Umbau der fensterlosen Flure für die Schaffung offener Lernbereiche. Ebenso ist die Erstellung eines weiteren Rettungsweges mittels außenliegender Fluchttreppe sowie die Schaffung einer neuen Terrasse als Aufenthalts- und Lernbereich auf dem angrenzenden Flachdach vorgesehen. Die Sanierung der Sanitärräume, die Erneuerung der Elektrotechnik sowie die Umsetzung der Brandschutzvorgaben sind ebenso Gegenstand der Baumaßnahme.
