Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is structured to solicit proposals for a comprehensive Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) that supports AER’s future state workplace vision. The framework is designed to ensure Respondents clearly understand AER’s requirements and to enable the submission of complete, consistent, and comparable proposals.

The RFP focuses on the following key objectives:
• IWMS Functional Scope – delivery of core capabilities including Space Management, Facility Management, User Management, Moves, Adds, & Changes (MAC), Asset Management, Planning & Projects, Reporting & Analytics, Mobile Application
• SaaS Delivery Model – a commercially supported, securely hosted solution that is continuously updated and maintained
• Enterprise Integration Objectives – seamless integration with AER’s enterprise platforms, including identity, human resources, collaboration, and reporting systems
• Standardization and Scalability – standardized processes, configurable workflows, and the flexibility to adapt to AER’s evolving operational and strategic needs over time
AER intends to select a vendor capable of providing the IWMS solution, full implementation services, and ongoing software support.
