Description

The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) requires a qualified AVI to supply, deliver, install, integrate, program, commission, test, document and warrant a complete fixed-price turnkey refresh of the audio-visual system serving the Calgary Hearing Room (CHR) at the AUC Calgary office. The detailed technical requirements and bill of materials are provided in Attachment 2. Additional Requirements: The goods and services required under this RFP are specified in Attachment 2, Technical Specification and Bill of Materials. Products identified by manufacturer and model in Attachment 2 must be priced exactly as specified. No substitutions, equivalents or alternates will be accepted, as stated in Attachment 2. Unapproved substitutions, deletions, additions or quantity changes will render a proposal non-compliant. All submissions must address the complete turnkey scope and price every bill-of-materials line item in Attachment 2. The work includes the complete modernization of the CHR audio-visual system as described in Attachment 2.
