Description
The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) requires the supply and delivery of replacement audio visual components that have reached end of life in our existing boardroom. We are not seeking to redesign, rebuild, or replace the existing audio-visual system; we are only looking to replace individual components that are no longer serviceable.
Additional Requirements:
To maintain compatibility and consistency with existing equipment, the AUC will not accept substitutions. Failure to meet these requirements will result in disqualification from further consideration.
All submissions must use the specified brand and model numbers for each quoted component. Proponents must be corporate audio-visual integrators with at least ten years in business, authorized resellers of the brands and components listed in the bill of materials and based in Canada with offices in both Calgary and Edmonton.
