Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení demontáže a likvidace starého strojního zařízení, popřípadě demontáže s následným odprodejem starého strojního zařízení či jejich libovolných částí a dílů. Zařízení bude demontováno celé včetně navazujících částí (hydraulické agregáty, rozvaděče, potrubní i elektrické přípojky, záchytné vany, nádrže na olej, plošiny apod.), které se mohou nacházet i v podzemních prostorech či na plošinách. Prvky, které jsou zabetonovány, budou odpáleny co nejblíže k betonu, tzn. nebudou se vybourávat (v případě zájmu si však může účastník vybourat konstrukce na své náklady). Prostupy přes střechu a obvodové stěny musí být ze strany účastníka řádně zapraveny. Zadavatel umožňuje odprodej zařízení jako celku nebo i jejich libovolných částí a dílů. Součástí veřejné zakázky jsou veškeré práce související s realizací akce tzn. požadované demontážní práce, odpojení jednotlivých technologických celků od inženýrských sítí, odvoz všech zařízení, dílů a odpadů, likvidace všech odpadů, zajištění potřebného vybavení, techniky, zabezpečení pracoviště z hlediska požární ochrany a BOZP a další práce a služby spojené se zhotovením díla.
