Procurement of animal products, meat and meat products in 34 lots with a total annual quantity of 18,155 kg. The contracting authority intends to conclude a one-year contract, and the procurement quantity refers to the annual quantity for 12 months. The detailed list of goods to be procured, broken down by lot and quantity, and the product specifications are included in the pricing table, which is part of the procurement documentation. The partially defined technical requirements are minimum expectations for each product. In accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.) (hereinafter referred to as 'Kr.'), the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that if the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the procurement necessitated reference to a specific make, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark, the designation was made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject, and the phrase 'or equivalent' shall always be understood to apply alongside the designation. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that in the case of offering an equivalent item, the tenderer must prove its equivalence in their offer. The public procurement contract is framework-based; the contracting authority undertakes to draw down 90% of the framework amount specified per product category.
