Original language: fiAloitepalveluiden kokonaisuudistuksen hankinta Oikeusrekisterikeskuksen tavoitteena on hankkia Kansalaisaloite.fi, Kuntalaisaloite.fi ja Hyvinvointialuealoite.fi -verkkopalveluiden hallintaan ja asiantuntijapalveluihin kumppani, jolla on järjestelmissä käytetyistä teknologioista tarvittava osaaminen ja kokemus aloitepalveluiden ylläpitoa ja jatkokehitystä varten.
Verkossa toimivien aloitepalveluiden tulee mahdollistaa jatkuvaluonteisesti ja katkeamattomasti kuntalaisaloitteiden, kansalaisaloitteiden ja hyvinvointialuealoitteiden teko ja kannattaminen. Palvelut toimivat itsenäisesti. Ne sisältävät kannatuslistan keräämisen toiminnot, ja niiden tavoitteena on madaltaa aloitteen tekemisen kynnystä sekä kytkeytyä aloitteiden käsittelyprosessiin. Palvelujen toiminnan ehdoton edellytys on luotettavuus sekä se, että ne ovat tarpeen mukaan jatkokehitettävissä ja uudelleenkäytettävissä.

Oikeusrekisterikeskuksen tavoitteena on hankkia Kansalaisaloite.fi, Kuntalaisaloite.fi ja Hyvinvointialuealoite.fi -verkkopalveluiden hallintaan ja asiantuntijapalveluihin kumppani, jolla on järjestelmissä käytetyistä teknologioista tarvittava osaaminen ja kokemus aloitepalveluiden ylläpitoa ja jatkokehitystä varten.
