Original language: ukЗакупівля здійснюється відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» з урахуванням вимог постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» (зі змінами). Усі документи пропозиції, що підготовлені безпосередньо учасником-резидентом, повинні бути складені українською мовою. Якщо в складі пропозиції надається документ, що складений на іншій, ніж українська, учасник надає переклад цього документу. Переклад повинен бути засвідченим підписом та печаткою (у разі використання) перекладача та підписом учасника. Розмір, вид та умови надання забезпечення пропозицій - забезпечення не вимагається. Відповідно до вимог постанови КМУ від 02.03.2022 № 178 «Деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану».
