Description

Heifer International - Request for Proposals Heifer International invites proposals from experienced finance consultants or firms to serve as a Strategic Finance Partner for our Transformation Financial Modeling engagement. As part of a four-month consultancy beginning after agreement signing, the partner will design a strategy-led financial framework, perform retrospective cost analysis, build forward-looking resourcing and scaffolding models, run network role-to-value and unit-cost analyses, and deliver interactive dashboards and donor-facing investment packages to support Heifer’s move to an agile, locally led network. Applicants should demonstrate strategic FP&A expertise, strong transformation experience (especially in international NGOs), and a track record of building client-friendly financial models and visualizations.
