Analytics Services

This is a follow-up notice regarding the tender for Analytics Services. Business Finland Oy (hereinafter referred to as Business Finland/BF/procuring unit) invites your bid for analytics services in accordance with this request for proposal and its attachments. Business Finland is seeking a partner for the development and maintenance of information architecture, data management, and analytics, as well as for providing a comprehensive analytics service formed from these components. The analytics services include BF's Data Platform, BI reporting solutions, and solutions related to advanced analytics, data science, and artificial intelligence, along with their development, maintenance, and end-user support. The aim is to establish a unified maintenance and development framework for the Data Platform and BI solutions during the contract period, which can be expanded to include other necessary areas of analytics and facilitate separate development projects or additional resourcing as needed by BF within this framework. The partner is expected to provide experts for the aforementioned services and projects, utilizing the platforms and technologies employed by BF. The procurement is described in more detail in attachment 1 of the request for proposal (Description of the procurement object). CONTRACT PERIOD The duration of the contract period is five (5) years. SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The estimated value of the procurement is approximately 7,000,000 euros (excluding VAT). The determination of the anticipated total value of the procurement is complicated by the lack of precise information regarding the timing and quantity of assignments to be made during the contract period, as well as the funds allocated for the procurements.
