Original language: svRäddningstjänsten Östra Götaland genomför en upphandling av rengöring (sotning) och brandskyddskontroll till de anslutna kommunerna i förbundet vilka är Linköping, Norrköping, Söderköping, Valdemarsvik och Åtvidaberg. Upphandlingen genomförs som en tjänstekoncession enligt lagen (2016:1147) om upphandling av koncessioner (LUK). Med tjänstekoncession avses ett kontrakt av samma slag som ett tjänstekontrakt, men innebär att ersättningen för tjänsterna helt eller delvis utgörs av rätten att utnyttja tjänsten. Ersättning för tjänsterna kommer därför enligt de avtal som sluts i sin helhet från tredje man (slutkunden).
