Original language: GermanZiel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages über Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für die vom RIM Chemnitz betreuten Dienststellen. Der RIM hat das Recht, durch vorherige (mindestens 28 Kalendertage) schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem AN den Leistungsumfang (Anzahl der Liegenschaften sowie der einzusetzen-den Sicherheitskräfte und Anzahl der Einsatzstunden) zu erhöhen bzw. zu verringern. Eine Erhöhung erfolgt zu den aktuell vertraglich vereinbarten Konditionen. Das Vertragsverhältnis beginnt mit Zuschlag und umfasst eine Vorlaufzeit sowie die sich daran anschließende Leistungserbringung ab dem 01.12.2024 für die Dauer von 72 Monaten. Der Vertrag endet mit Ablauf des 30.11.2030. Es wird eine Kündigungsmöglichkeit jeweils 2 Jahren zum 30.11.2026 und 30.11.2028 mit einer Frist von 8 Monaten vereinbart. Die Anforderungen an den AN bei der Erbringung von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen ergeben sich in Anlehnung an die DIN 77200. Zum Nachweis und zur Sicherstellung der Tätigkeiten des Wachpersonals wird eine Vereinbarung in Anlehnung an die o.g. DIN zur Regelung der einzelnen Details (z. B. Kräfteeinsatz, Arbeitsinhalt (u. a. Dienstort und -ablauf), Dauer der Sicherheitsdienstleistung, Notfallverfahren, Kommunikationsregeln, Ausrüstung der Sicherheitsmitarbeiter, Meldewesen) vom RIM erstellt.
