L'Université de Genève souhaite mettre en place une plateforme logicielle intégrée permettant de gérer de manière unifiée l'ensemble des fonctions liées au patrimoine immobilier : référentiel des actifs, gestion des espaces, maintenance des équipements, services aux occupants et pilotage énergétique. L'objectif est de disposer d'un outil structurant permettant d'accompagner l'évolution du campus (~70 bâtiments, ~220 000 m², 8 sites), d'optimiser l'utilisation des ressources et de soutenir la durabilité environnementale.
