a) The bidder must be registered and in an enabled registration status in the Chileproveedores Business Directory AT THE TIME OF BIDDING. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the offer being declared inadmissible. Likewise, they must be qualified in any purchasing procedure or receive a purchase order.
