Original language: FrenchL'objet du présent marché consiste à fournir et à mettre en place un Système d'Aide à l'Exploitation et à l'Information Voyageurs (SAEIV) qui assure le suivi, la supervision et la régulation du trafic des tramways, et garantit l'interface entre le régulateur au Poste de Commande Centralisé (PCC) et les conducteurs de tramway. Le nouveau SAEIV devra remplacer intégralement le système actuellement en service, déployé en 2017, avec une mise en service cible fixée à 2027. Cette évolution technologique devra s'effectuer en assurant la continuité de service et en garantissant la compatibilité avec l'ensemble des interfaces existantes, et notamment les outils métiers des exploitants (supervision, planification et suivi en temps réel de l'exploitation), le matériel roulant et les équipements embarqués : collecte et transmission fluides des données d'exploitation et les systèmes et équipements d'information voyageurs embarqués (afficheur s, annonces sonores) et au sol (bornes, panneaux d'affichage dynamique).
Le projet devra également intégrer les évolutions technologiques récentes, améliorer la performance globale du système, renforcer la cyber-sécurité et offrir une meilleure ergonomie aux utilisateurs finaux.
