Le Bureau International du Travail (B.I.T.) recherche une personne évaluateur national basé à Madagascar, membre d’une équipe de deux évaluateurs pour conduire l’évaluation indépendante à mi-parcours du projet de partenariat entre l’OIT et le Ministère de l’Agriculture et de la Souveraineté Alimentaire /Programme DEFIS à Madagascar.
Vous trouverez ci-dessous un résumé du travail à effectuer :
• Organiser une réunion préparatoire avec le BIT, incluant des entretiens à distance avec le personnel et la revue documentaire,
• Contribuer à l’élaboration du rapport de démarrage de l’évaluation,
• Assurer la collecte des données, à la fois à distance et en présentiel
• Contribuer à la préparation de l’atelier des parties prenantes
• Contribuer à l’assurer l’analyse des données collectées
• Contribuer à la préparation du rapport de l’évaluation
