Vous trouverez ci-dessous un résumé des tâches à accomplir :
Le Bureau international du Travail (BIT) recherche un(e) Consultant(e) spécialisé(e) en approche Haute Intensité de Main-d'OEuvre (HIMO) pour assurer le renforcement des capacités des acteurs impliqués dans les travaux communautaires HIMO dans le cadre du Projet d'Appui au Développement des Filières Agricoles – Phase II (PADFA II) au Cameroun.
Le/la consultant(e) sera chargé(e) de préparer les modules et supports de formation, de former les Collectivités Territoriales Décentralisées (CTD), les cadres techniques du PADFA II et du MINADER, les coopératives bénéficiaires ainsi que les chefs d'équipe sur la conception, la planification, l'organisation, la supervision et la gestion des travaux
HIMO.
Il/elle assurera également le suivi des formations, participera aux missions de supervision technique et produira les rapports de démarrage, les rapports des formations et le rapport final, afin de contribuer à la qualité des infrastructures, à la création d'emplois décents et à la pérennisation des ouvrages réalisés dans les régions de l'Extrême-Nord, du Nord et de l'Ouest du Cameroun.
La durée de la mission sera de deux (2) mois.
