Context
The humanitarian sector is undergoing profound transformation. Organizations, whether international or national, are facing:
A significant reduction in funding, particularly pronounced in 2024-2025
Social plans and a significant contraction of teams, especially in logistics
Increasingly high donor requirements regarding compliance, traceability, and performance
Growing pressure on efficiency, agility, and operational continuity
Result: NGOs must maintain, or even strengthen, their level of logistical performance, even as their internal capacities weaken.
To meet these new challenges,
Deve Consult is launching a new initiative: the
Logistics Standby Capacity
.
A team of qualified, on-demand, flexible, and immediately deployable logistics experts.
In this context,
we are looking for 5 pilot partners for an experimentation phase (January – December 2026) to test the initiative in real conditions and co-construct its operating framework.
