Le présent appel d’offres a pour objet de sélectionner une ou deux compagnies d’assurance en vue de souscrire deux contrats d’assurance différents qui englobent, d’une part, la responsabilité civile professionnelle et, d’autre part, l’assurance de choses & biens, couvrant les biens mobiliers et immobiliers de la HES-SO Genève. Le marché est ainsi divisé en deux lots distincts et une offre pour le marché global, les soumissionnaires devant obligatoirement proposer une offre pour chacun des lots séparément et une offre pour le marché global. La HES-SO Genève aura ainsi la faculté de conclure alternativement des contrats d’assurances soit avec deux soumissionnaires différents ou avec un seul, selon l’offre économiquement la plus avantageuse pour elle.
